BrightView Procurement Supplier Process Coordinator in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania


The BrightView Supplier Process Coordinator is responsible for managing major supplier accounts / relationships. He/She will support various aspects of supplier process improvement to ensure operational efficiency; ordering, invoice process management, purchase order management process, problem resolution, meeting scheduling, communications, etc.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently with deadlines while maintaining a high level of internal customer service.The BrightView Supplier Process Coordinator reports to a Procurement Category Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Website

  • Keep various websites current and user friendly (internal intranet & supplier website ordering portals)

  • Update and keep programs and pricing current

  • Manage and respond to portal access requests

  • Interact with IT points-of-contact

  • Open PO/WO Reports

  • Communicate and Coordinate with Region/Market Controllers regarding purchase orders and work orders

  • Point of contact for select suppliers

  • Meetings

  • Coordinate Regional, market and branch kick-off meetings & materials for select suppliers

  • Track attendance and participation and generate reporting.

  • Supplier Communications& Relationship Management- work with select suppliers to resolve issues, provide business updates and reviews, schedule meetings, etc.

  • Contract Compliance / Optimization

  • Track deliverables from a contractual viewpoint

  • Report on shortcomings and missed opportunities

  • Report non-compliance

  • Skills we're seeking:

  • college degree preferred

  • Experience with databases

  • Software knowledge

  • Excel – Pivot tables, V-Look-up

  • Word

  • Outlook

  • Proven track record in building positive relationships with clients and team

  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and a dedication to resolving issues.

  • Able to plan, execute and manage high volumes of work.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.

  • Able to adapt to changing environment

  • Operations / Procurement experience in Landscape industry preferred.
