We are currently searching for a full time Accounts Payable Specialist to assist our office administrative management team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will ensure that invoices are processed and paid according to our Company policy and that any problems or questions relating to accounts payable are resolved or answered.
Accounts Payable Specialists are also responsible for:
Inputting invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Initiating and reviewing check runs
Performing research and tracking invoice payments for our vendors
Maintaining positive relationships with company suppliers
Providing customer service to external customers
Coordinating activities with corporate departments including our accounting team
Minimum 1 year experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Accounts payable processing skills
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience producing error free and accurate work
Strong work ethic
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
